 Processing Time?

All styles are hand made to order and require up to a full business week (7 days) if purchased from our online store and anywhere from 7-21 business days for custom to be made (each order is placed in a timeline, we process them through as they are received and/or by the date they are required. Our products are made to order and they are made with love ...... plus delivery. 

Need It urgently?

We offer an Express Post Option , we can not always guarantee your item will skip the queue so please reach out or leave your event date in your order so we can prioritise it. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship using Australia Post and Aramex both offering standard and express options. Pending your location, anywhere between 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. (Please note delays may affect this timeframe)

Express post is generally 1-3 business days however can be longer in rural areas, please refer to Australia Post for up to date time frames.

Please note that Mini&Co cannot be held responsible for postage delays once your order has left our care.

If you are concerned with timeframes, we have express post options such as TNT and local pickup .
