New Custom Order
Please ensure to leave as much detail as possible to avoid delays.
Please include the following
- Name/age - text to read, etc
- Colours or theme
- Sizing
- Inspiration pictures (please be mindful when submitting AI images)
- Required date
- Please not we don't supply drafts. Unless you order Signage, Wedding and Event styling pieces. If you wish to see a draft on toppers and charms this will come with an additional charge.
Please note , custom orders are placed in a queue based on the event date required you may find customs turnaround to vary between 2 days to 4 weeks. If you require it by a certain date please ensure to let us know. The queue allows us to ensure we can take on all custom orders + online and that everyone receives it by the date the require rather than hit out capacity for a weekly turnover.
